Toby has over 20 years‟ experience of delivering strategic, operations and stakeholder communications strategies and projects within high-profile fast-paced and complex multi-stakeholder environments. At the Transport Systems Catapult Toby is responsible for business strategy and building national and international strategic partnerships. Immediately prior to this he was at Innovate UK writing the £60m business plan establishing the Transport Systems Catapult. Before this at London 2012 he led the development and implementation of the transport systems integration strategy and delivery capability for the Olympic Park Transport Integration Centre. He also established and chaired the world’s first multi-agency planning & safety advisory group for Olympic road races. Before this, Toby spent nearly ten years at Which?, the UK consumers‟ organisation, with responsibility for external relations and crisis management; including delivery of Which?’s “Best Buy‟ endorsement scheme, driving up standards of excellence of products and services in the UK.
