Day one of the AoU Congress is now done. The aim of the day was to meet old and new friends; to recreate what are some of the best bits of an in-person Congress – the bits in between sessions where connections are made. And we welcomed to Edinburgh an online audience of urbanists from as far as India, the East Coast of the US, France and the Netherlands, all eager to be a part of the learning that Congress brings.
