In June, the Academy held a major symposium as part of MK CityFest which celebrated Milton Keynes’ 50th anniversary. The event focused on new towns, which included an exploration of the trends currently affecting us and how cities might change in response to these trends, as well as an exploration of how these trends have affected city planning in the past.
